My story

--FOSTER PUPDATE--Kopytka A17311645 lbs. spayed female, approx 1 1/2 years old -I go by Juniper in my foster home! I'm a medium-low energy girl who loves to nap on the couch and snuggle or stretch out in the sun and watch the world go by. I get some zoomies before bedtime but then tucker right out and follow my foster family to bed.-I am a tripod, but that doesn't slow me down! I can do stairs no problem and hop right up on the couch to snuggle. (Have I mentioned I love snuggling?)-I have the softest silver brindle fur and grey eyes to match. My foster mom tells me all the time how beautiful and sweet I am.-I tried a crate, but didn't like it. The good news is that I don't need it! My foster family trusts me to hang out in the living room and kitchen when they're gone, and I'm really good! I just nap on the couch and then watch out the window when I hear the garage door.-Because I get so excited when my people come home! My little nub tail wags so fast, and I give alllll the kisses! (Seriously, must love kisses. I have so much love to give!)-I'm pretty curious about the cat, but he doesn't like me very much. I swear I just want to be friends! I also get really excited and want to say hi to all of the dogs who walk past my yard. I had some doggie siblings at my first foster home, and I think I would really like some again (after slow intros, of course).-I'm still learning how leashes work; I like to go-go-go on a walk, and things are just more fun when they're my idea instead of someone else's. But I love treats and am happy to learn if there's jerky involved!-I like getting my meals out of kibble balls (my foster mom says I'm pretty clever, and that it slows me down because I like to eat fast), and I'm happy entertaining myself by chewing on a good strong toy. -I can't wait to find my forever home and share all my goofy love and snuggles! This pet is in a foster home! If you are interested in meeting Kopytka, please email foster@friendsofdacc.org with subject line “Kopytka A173116”Meet all of our adoptable pets on our website friendsofdacc.org/adoptThere is a suggested donation of $100 for our dogs, and $40 for cats payable by cash, check or through paypal at the time of the adoption.
