Cooper has a refined sense of style. He's a true dandy who never turns down a trip to the dog spa. Bath time and nail trims? Yes, please! He struts out looking and feeling fabulous every time. If Cooper had a theme song it would be "Close to You" by the Carpenters, because once you meet him, you'll understand how special it feels to have him near. And near you is where he wants to be.
