Heel Diamond

My story

This scrappy little survivor is full of spark and sweetness. Just four months old, Heel Diamond came to us in rough shape after being given away on Facebook in Taft. He was covered in fleas and ticks, burning up with heat, and had green discharge leaking from his eye due to a painful foxtail. Thankfully, he was rescued just in time and taken straight to the vet. Despite the discomfort, he quietly tolerated the foxtail removal and simply wanted to be held the entire time. Now, after some much-needed care, Heel is thriving in his foster home. He’s a fearless explorer who loves to chew, play, and be right in the middle of the action. He’s social, affectionate, and always curious. Though he starts out a bit submissive, his personality blossoms quickly. Before you know it, he’s bounding around with joy and confidence. Heel gets along great with the other puppy in his foster home, and he’s learning fast. He’s doing well with potty pads and consistent trips outside. He also lives for belly rubs and cuddles. Heel Diamond is looking for a forever home that will give him the love, structure, and playtime he craves.
