Meet Sienna – A Spirited Calico with a Playful Heart Currently in Redmond, WA Apply to adopt at www.doggedly.org/adoption-app Sienna is a 5-month-old calico kitten with a dazzling patchwork coat and a big personality to match. She’s playful, spunky, and full of curiosity—always on the move and ready to explore her surroundings. While she can be a bit reserved at first, she accepts gentle pets and warms up at her own pace. Once she trusts you, Sienna’s affection is genuine and sweet, making her a delightful companion. She’s independent but not aloof—after a good romp or toy-chasing session, she’s happy to curl up nearby and keep an eye on her people. Her sass and spirit are balanced by a sensitive side, and she thrives in a home where she’s given the time and space to build trust. Sienna is currently in foster care with her sister Sedona, and the two share a strong bond. They play, nap, and explore together, and we’d love to see them adopted as a pair. Sienna would do best in a home with another cat companion—especially her sister. She previously shared her home with an Australian Shepherd, two senior cats, and a young child. While she was initially unsure about the dog, she slowly grew more comfortable—especially once she knew her space was respected. With patience, she adapts well to calm, cat-savvy households. Her Story: Sienna was found alone on the streets of Houston, Texas as a tiny orphaned kitten—just a day after a mama cat named Trinity and her four newborns were rescued by a Good Samaritan. When Sienna was brought inside, Trinity instantly accepted her as one of her own. Together, they grew into a loving little family and made the journey from Texas to Washington this August to find forever homes. Now healthy and happy, Sienna is ready for the next chapter of her story. Ideally, one that includes her sister by her side. Sienna is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, tested negative for FeLV and FIV, and current on flea prevention. Adoption Requirements: All potential adopters must complete a pre-adoption interview, submit a veterinary reference, provide personal references, and submit home check photos prior to approval.
