My story

Say hello to Humphreys!This 3-year-old, 96.9-pound Great Dane mix is the definition of a gentle giant. Humphreys is a sweet, sensitive soul who’s still adjusting to the busy shelter environment—it can be a little overwhelming for a big guy like him. He may be a bit jumpy at times, but his curiosity and desire to be near his people always shine through.Once he`s out in the yard, Humphreys relaxes and shows off his calm, easygoing nature. He enjoys quietly exploring and being part of whatever his humans are up to. We’re not sure how he feels about other dogs just yet, so a meet and greet with any current canine companions is always recommended.If you’re looking for a loyal sidekick with a big heart and even bigger paws, Humphreys might just be your perfect match.We do all adoptions with approved applicants by appointment only.
