What my friends at ACC say about me:Flash was in the back of the cubby, hunched and appearing tense with somewhat dilated pupils and slightly sideways ears. He gave a hiss when first spoken to, then sniffed treats, and allowed petting with a scratching tool. He hissed again when we approached a moment later. We're hoping that he will relax in a few more days, but at this time he appears to be somewhat stressed. Flash tolerates attention and petting but appears to be moderately fearful or stressed in the shelter. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents.A volunteer writes: From my interaction, our 2 year old Flash isn't the type to have a flashy, personality. He's feeling a bit timid at the moment and counting on us to help him get comfortable. Understandably so, he is in a new place with new people and needs a bit of time to warm up. I spoke softly to him letting him know that I'm here to help him get more comfortable and help him come out of his shell a bit. He remained calm and accepted head and chin scratches. I can't wait to see how his personality continues to evolve as he gets more comfortable. Primary Color: Brown Tabby Secondary Color: White Weight: 11.5 Age: 2yrs 0mths 0wks
