My story

Cesar was found in a small Texas town without a family. But he sure wants one! This little guy loves to be petted - he just wants to be with his people and is a sweet, clingy little fellow. New circumstances and loud noises frighten him. He responds very well to people who speak softly and are gentle with him. He likes children if they are respectful and well-behaved :) He does fine in a crate, but he absolutely loves the "kangaroo" bed at his foster home! (Maybe you could get him one for his "gottcha day" - hint, hint!) He is working on potty training. Cesar loves toys - now all he needs is a person to play with him! He is also learning to play with other dogs as a substitute - smile. He has energy and does well in a harness for walking.
