My story

Nala is a gentle soul who just needs a little extra time and patience to feel safe. Here at the shelter she can be shy and nervous, often barking at new people—but once she learns to trust, her heart just wants love and affection. Nala reminds us that the best things in life are worth waiting for.Even though she’s timid, Nala is one of the easiest pups around. She never causes trouble—when her kennel door was accidentally left open, she didn’t chew or destroy a thing and politely left other dogs alone. She’s truly a calm, respectful girl at her core.Nala is searching for a patient, loving home that will give her the chance to come out of her shell. With kindness and consistency, she’ll blossom into the loyal, gentle companion you’ve been waiting for.
