Meet Ryder – Your Loyal, Loving, and Playful Adventure Buddy Hey there, I’m Ryder! I’m a 2-year-old Labrador Retriever with a sleek, shiny black coat and a heart full of love. If you’re looking for a smart, loyal, and energetic best friend, I just might be your perfect match. Like most Labs, I’m all about the fun and adventurous stuff—long walks, belly rubs, and splashing around in my little pool at the shelter. I thrive when I can stretch my legs, so a home with daily walks or a fenced yard to zoom around in would be a dream come true. I’m a social guy who would probably love having siblings—human or canine! Labs like me are known for being great with kids and other dogs, and I definitely live up to the reputation. A meet and greet with other pups in the home is a requirement - bring em on up…let’s have a pawty!! Now, let’s keep it real: I’m still learning some of the finer points of being a gentleman. I get very excited (can you blame me?) and I’m a bit strong on the leash. But with a little structure and guidance, I know I’ll shine—I’m a smart pup who just needs someone to believe in me. If you’re ready for big love, big energy, and a forever friend who’ll always have your back, come meet me. I’m Ryder, and I’ve been waiting just for you. - Ryder 🐾 The shelter is open Tuesdays through Fridays 3:30pm-6:30pm AND Saturdays & Sundays 1pm-4pm. No appointments are needed during those times.
