Please contact Jamesa (roxysrescue@yahoo.com), 713-882-2610 for more information about this pet.This little boy is ERNIE and he does not know his name because his previous name was Scruffy.  I just thought he deserved a real name.  He was owner surrendered by the wife of a deceased man.  ERNIE belonged to the name and the wife did not want to care for him any longer.  I cannot imagine why not because ERNIE is a really good little guy.  He is happy and very easy-going and gets along with everyone. He is happy playing with the other foster dogs, crate trained, potty trained and does not mind being groomed.  Excuse the home-made whack grooming by me, I am not an expert, I just try to get them cleaned up. ERNIE is a Shih Tzu/Poodle mix, 1 1/2 years old and 15 pounds.  You would be getting a good companion for yourself or a good playmate for another dog.  He walks well on a leash and rides in the car without getting sick.  I cannot say enough good things about this guy. If you are interested in adopting ERNIE, please submit an application on the website below.  Thank you. www.roxysk9rescue.org     ADOPTION FEE & APPLICATION REQUIRED   Roxxy's K-9 Rescue does not have a shelter, all of our dogs are raised in foster homes.  Each dog comes  spay/neutered (fixed), rabies shots appropriate for their age, and dewormed twice.  The dogs are up to date on vaccinations according to their age at the time of adoption.  They are microchipped, heartworm tested and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative.  ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE. We transport across the United States. Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption.
