My story

If you are seriously interested in an animal, we ask that you first fill out an application, tailsofrescue.org  This will be the first step to gaining more information about the animal as well as allow us to know a little bit about you.   Meet Pheeps! This squishy-faced little lovebug is approximately 2.5 years old and 100% pure pug personality. Pheeps is sweet as can be and would love nothing more than to be your shadow—she’s often found underfoot, so be ready for a constant (and adorable) trip hazard. With her ultra-short snout and classic pug breathing soundtrack, she’s not built for hot weather. Pheeps will only be placed in a home with reliable air conditioning, preferably outside of the blazing Redding heat, unless your house is kept nice and icy. Experience with the breed is a must. She can coexist with other dogs but would be happiest as your one and only. She’s got a bit of a bossy streak and isn’t a fan of sharing the spotlight. Because of her temperament, we will not place her in a home with children, cats, or livestock. If you’re a pug-savvy human with a cool home and a warm heart, Pheeps just might be your perfect match! Spayed/Neuiterd, micro chipped, heartworm negative (if of age), dhpp shots, kennel cough vacs., and one year rabies is completed.  Adoption fee is $350.00  We are NOT a first-come-first to adopt a rescue, the best fit for the family and dog is the way we do things.  We do out of town adoptions often, but will not ship animals must come to Redding for pick up.   ##2435078##
