My story

*Courtesy Post* Hi my name is Decoy!! I’m a friendly and outgoing 3 year old husky mix. I absolutely love my people and I love cats and dogs of all sizes with proper introduction. I’m definitely looking for a home that has a medium/large sized dog that’s needs a friend to play with. Im a guy that fits the occasion, I’m down to nap for a week straight or go to the farmers market and lunch with you! I’m a lazy boy at heart and I love always being with my people. Im extremely well trained with house manners and going in public as well as crate trained. I’m very aloof of strangers, not aggressive or reactive at all but I don’t want anything to do with people that aren’t mine. I get along with just about anyone once i get 5-10 minutes to check you out. It’s not recommended that i live with young children in the home (10 and under) because quick and unpredictable movements can startle me and we want to keep everyone comfortable and safe. I love to sunbathe as well as chew on bully sticks and pig ears, and I'll do anything for a couple treats or some pets! If you’re a family that likes to stay in and hang out in the backyard or go on a walk in the woods, and you have a dog that’s needs a buddy, I’m the one for you!
