My story

With a name like Yukon, you might expect a rugged mountaineer ready to lead a sled team through the wilderness. But plot twist — Yukon is actually a world-class snuggler who prefers the comfort of a couch to a snowy trek. This adorable bundle of joy lives for cuddles, shared snacks, and movie marathons (he’s partial to “Homeward Bound” reruns). Full of love, affection, and endless tail wags, Yukon is ready to slide right into that empty space in your heart and fill it with warmth. He deserves all the best treats and belly rubs, and you deserve a buddy as wonderful as him. No pre-application or appointment needed—just bring a valid ID and walk in. Our adoption fees are among the lowest in Cincinnati!To meet our animals, visit our Northside shelters any day from 1–6pm.
