My story

Meet handsome Albion! He arrived at the shelter as a lost dog on 6/10, and sadly, no one has come to reclaim him. Albion is now keeping his paws crossed for a new, forever home where he will be loved and kept safe so that he never ends up back in the shelter. The volunteers describe Albion as a very good dog! He is quiet in his kennel, walks nicely on a leash, and sits for treats! If Albion sounds like the new BFF you've been searching for, please come meet him! Albion is approximately 2 years old and weighs approximately 50 lbs. He is UTD on vaccines and did test negative for heartworms. He will be neutered and microchipped upon adoption. Albion is waiting patiently in run 824; his ID # is 10783. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER. This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-4136. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heartworm or combo test and a microchip.
