Buttons’ previous only can no longer care for her due to dementia, and some kind humans are fostering her. She is wary of strangers, and may show signs of fear-based aggression, but with time she will accept new people into her life. Buttons does get along with dogs, but a long slow introduction is needed. Her perfect adopter would be experienced with dogs exhibiting fear, and allow her to adjust on her terms. Despite her challenges, Buttons has so much to give. She is energetic, fun-loving, and loves to play. With consistent training, structure, and love, she will blossom into a wonderful companion.
