Lilah

My story

Meet Lilah! She is a 2 yr old female Siberian Husky/Korean Jindo mix that weighs 44lbs. She came into the Mesquite Animal Shelter on 6/18 as a stray. She came in with her sibling Sylvie, who looks identical, with a few differences. Lilah is a bit more shy and timid than her sister is and her nose is more pink. She enjoys investigating every area we walk to. It appears she has lived outside as can be seen by the fly bites on her ear tips. She takes treats gently and walks well on a leash. She did chase after a ball, and rested for a bit on our dog bed. After a few minutes to get to know you, she does very well and enjoys being petted. As we walked past other dogs barking, she did not show any interest in them, but we do always ask if there will be another dog in the home to ask the shelter for a dog test. She hopes that she will have her own loving family soon that will provide her with a secured backyard to play in, but will live indoors where she can spend time with her loving family. She is a sweet gentle soul! Please come spend time with her.
