My story

Meet Bandit McCormack, a 2-year-old Terrier mix weighing 38 pounds with a gentle soul and a heart that’s ready to heal. Bandit came to us as a stray and has had a tough time adjusting to new places—he often freezes when he feels overwhelmed or unsure. He’s dog-selective, so slow introductions and the right canine companions are key. What Bandit needs most is a calm, patient home where he can feel safe and learn to trust at his own pace. One thing that always brings him joy? Toys! Bandit absolutely loves toys and lights up when he gets to play with them—it’s one of the best ways to bring out his fun, playful side. He’s doing pretty well with his potty training and seems to be getting the routine down. With time, consistency, and lots of encouragement, this sweet boy has so much potential to blossom. If you have a quiet home and a heart ready to help build Bandit’s confidence, he just might be your perfect match. 🖤🐾 Adoption fee is: $375 ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com. Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee. Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs. EIN # 46-5486022
