Meet Merle Alfie, an 18-pound, 2-year-old Dachshund mix with a big smile and an even bigger heart! Merle Alfie came to us as a stray, but you’d never guess it—he’s confident, loving, and always ready to make new friends. This sweet boy is house trained, good with other dogs, great with kids, and absolutely adores people. He lights up when he sees you and isn’t shy about letting you know he’s ready for some love and attention! Not only is Merle Alfie full of joy and affection—he’s also a little warrior. This tough guy battled parvo and came out the other side stronger than ever! Whether he’s playing with his toys, soaking up snuggles, or just happily hanging out by your side, Merle Alfie is all about living life to the fullest. He’s still working on his leash skills, but he’s eager to learn and would thrive with a family willing to continue his training. If you’re looking for a playful, affectionate, and resilient companion, Merle Alfie might just be your perfect match. 🐾❤️💪 Adoption fee is: $400 ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract.
