Meet Willy! Willy is a 7-month-old mixed-breed pup who came to us as a stray, and while his early life may have been uncertain, his future is full of hope. With his gentle eyes and soft spirit, Willy is a sensitive soul who’s still learning how to trust the world around him. Naturally shy and timid, he may take some time to warm up to new people and environments, but once he begins to feel safe, his affectionate and loving personality starts to shine through. Willy has a moderate energy level, making him a great fit for a home that values both quiet time and playtime. He enjoys short bursts of gentle play and absolutely loves to cuddle once he’s comfortable—there’s nothing he wants more than to be close to someone he trusts. He does very well with other dogs, and a calm, confident canine companion could be just what he needs to help boost his self-esteem and feel more secure in a new home. Because of his stray background, Willy is not yet housetrained, but he’s still young and shows great potential. With consistency, a routine, and positive reinforcement, he’ll continue to make progress.
