My story

Alastor is a 1yr old neutered German shepherd. Alastor is an extremely sweet, affectionate and an all around well behaved boy making him the perfect addition to any family.. even a first time dog owner! -CALMER DOG: Alastor does not live up to his breed standard at all and would enjoy a nice pet home! He is the perfect mixture of energy and calm! -Fully Vetted: Alastor is completely up to date on vaccines, hw negative, microchipped and neutered! -Great with other dogs: Alastor is a friend to any and all dogs! He enjoys rolling around, and wrestling! -Water Dog: Alastor LOVES the water! Doesn’t matter if it’s his water bowl or a big lake he is playing in it! Bonus points if you have a pool! -Perfect on leash: Alastor has perfected his heel work and can easily walk nicely on a loose leash and often “checks in” (looks up to handler) on his walks -Good with people and kids: Alastor has no aggressive bone in his body at all! He can be shy to meeting new people but warms up well! -Lap dog! Alastor believes he is the size of a Chihuahua and loves to be a lap dog and next to his people! -NO LIVESTOCK: we believe Alastor lost his eye by getting kicked by a horse so we’d say no livestock! -Potty trained: we believe Alastor was an outside dog prior to coming to rescue so potty training is something he is still working on! -Loves to play: Alastor loves to play with other dogs or he enjoys playing a good round of Tug before chilling out and chewing on a stick

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Alastor One Eye Moody, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
