My story

(DOB 4/11/2020) Charlotte (or “A-Lottie” sweetness to her fans & friends) is a loving, playful pup who’s ready to steal your heart and maybe your socks—just kidding, she knows what’s hers and sticks to her own stuff! She is almost always up for a game of tug-of-war and/or keep-away; she’s having a blast and ready to bring some good ole fashion game playing into your life! She loves her toys and really likes ones she can chew on! Charlotte’s a smart cookie, too! She’s already mastered “sit” and is proudly working on “lay down.” She’s got excellent manners and this sweet girl is house trained and well behaved when left alone. She isn't interested in her crate but we leave it out should she ever want to take a little nap in it. Charlotte really enjoys the fenced in yard at her foster home, and it would be awesome if her fur-ever family had one, too. It isn't a total game-changer if not as long as her family has plenty of time to spend playing, walking, and goofing off with her. If you are out and about, Charlotte's big smile and wagging tail is likely going to attrack strangers (Charlotte's just calls them her fan club!!) that want to pet her. She is all for any love and attention; she will beam with happiness. She has started to find her voice, and Charlotte does a great job of alerting you to the garbage trucks, joggers, deliveries, and suspicious looking squirrels. If you need to "know" someone or something is swinging by your home, Charlotte is happy to give you the most up-to-date 411. Currently, Charlotte doesn't have any 4-legged cats or dogs in her foster home, so as soon as we have more information about that, we will update.  If you are ready to dive into a potential long lasting love affair with Charlotte, then fill out an application today! You won't be disappointed by her loyal and loving personality! As part of Charlotte’s $300 adoption fee, she will be spayed, microchipped, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, and current on her monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. If you have questions about this sweet little girl, you can email  Dogteam@pawsforlifenc.org.  If you wish to adopt Charlotte, you can fill in an online application for her under the Adopt a Pet Tab on our website:  www.pawsforlifenc.org. ##2405694##

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Charlotte, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
