My story

Howdy folks, my name is Beatrice, and I am a very pretty 5-year-old, 31 lb Red Heeler/Husky mix with pretty eyes (one blue, one brown) and a loving personality. Somehow, I wound up sitting on death row at the San Antonio Animal Shelter when, bless my lucky stars, 4 Little Paws Rescue saved my life. These days, I am spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to be someone's forever dog. I am a calm girl, always kind to people, kids, strangers, and other dogs, not very playful, but more into being held and pet, sharing some kisses, and gazing at you lovingly. That’s just my style. I am not cut out to be another dog's playmate. I'm a people dog, through and through, and I just love to be loved. I have a low to medium energy level, am sweet and well-behaved, rarely bark, am housebroken, and I walk nicely on a leash. I’m the total package for anyone looking for an excellent K9 companion or family dog. I hear the Eastern Seaboard is the place to be, so inquire about me today! * 4 Little Paws is based in CT. We adopt in many different states along the East Coast. Transport costs are included in the adoption fee. If you are located outside the states we typically adopt to, we have options to get the dog of your dreams to your location.
