My story

Lilac is a beautiful 4-month-old lab mix who is ready to find her forever home! At 4 months she is already close to 40 lbs, so it is expected that she will be a large dog. She was picked up off the reservation by the animal control officer when she was just a small puppy. Luckily, she was later reunited with her sister, Lavender, by a lucky coincidence! Lilac is full of energy and loves to play. She is a bit mouthy, and will need some training for that issue. She is extremely smart, however, and will pick up on basic training very quickly. Lilac is house and crate trained, and is trustworthy enough to sleep uncrated at night. Some of her favorite things include zoomies in the backyard, tug of war, and playing with the other puppies, especially her sister, in her foster home. Lilac loves attention and wants to follow her humans around the house. Lilac would do best in a home with a canine companion. Lilac will make an amazing companion, and will be well suited for all sorts of adventures. To meet Lilac, please fill out an application at http://caws.org/adoption-application. Dogs are not placed on a first-come, first-serve basis. We strive to find the perfect home for each animal. Applications may take up to 48 hours to process. Her adoption fee is $300. If you are interested in adopting a CAWS pet, please fill out an online application at https://caws.org/adoption-applicationJune 18, 2025, 7:51 am

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Lilac, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
