This beautiful little feline family was found huddled together on the side of the road—Mama Catrina doing her best to protect her babies until a kind-hearted good Samaritan came along and brought them to safety. Now, they’re all safe in rescue, healthy, and ready to find their forever homes! The kittens are absolutely adorable and full of personality—playful, social, and curious about everything around them. They’ve grown up in a loving foster home and are used to being around people, so they’ll make wonderful companions. While each one has their own unique look and personality, they all share one thing in common: they love attention, lap time, and chasing toys! Their mama, Catrina, is a gorgeous long-haired calico with the sweetest temperament. She's shy at first but warms up quickly. She’s done an incredible job raising her babies and is now ready to be spoiled and loved in a home of her own. Our next transport to the New England area will arrive Wednesday, July 2, so don’t wait—apply today to adopt one (or two!) of these sweet kittens or their beautiful mama. All pets are microchipped, and the registration fee paid for lifetime. If you are interested in adopting, the FIRST step is to complete an application. Please be advised that our volunteers are busy rescuing, transporting, and caring for our animals. We will respond to your application as soon as possible. Upon review of your application, the rescue in AL will contact you, so you can ask any specific questions that you may have. NOTE: All Paws of Dixie animals are located in AL foster homes. They will be transported north after adoption. If there is more than one decision maker in the home, all of them should be in agreement. We DO NOT adopt to anyone under the age of 21.
