My story

Mowgli here. Are you looking for happy? You’ll love my eyebrows and cute floppy ears when I smile and check in with you often. I’m good on leash walkies and like meeting other people. I’m a sweet, sensitive soul who thrives in a calm and quiet environment. I can get a little overwhelmed when I hear loud noises, so I’m looking for a peaceful home where I can feel safe, secure, and loved. I would prefer a home without cats or dogs where I can be the primary focus. I love pets (don’t miss the belly rubs please) and snuggles. What I hope for is a caring home where I can finally relax and take on the sweet life. Bring the fam in for a Meet & Greet. Then bring me home and I’ll give you all my sweet caring love back at ya. A team member says, "Mowgli is quite the gentleman. He's a dream to walk on a leash around the shelter campus, he knows how to sit, and he adores receiving snuggles and pets." Another team member shares, "Mowgli is a super sweet and gentle guy. Knows sit and takes treats gently. He is very good on leash and friendly with everyone he sees."
