Meet Peeper – A One-of-a-Kind Tortie Girl Peeper is a standout kitten with a bold spirit and a heart full of affection. She's playful, energetic, and loves zooming around with her litter mates but, when playtime winds down, she’s also a world-class snuggler who melts into your arms. Peeper has a rare neurological condition known as Wobbly Cat Syndrome (also called cerebellar hypoplasia), which affects her coordination and balance. The good news? It’s not painful, it won’t get worse over time, and many cats with this condition adapt beautifully. With age and muscle growth, Peeper may become more stable—but for now, she just needs a little extra care. She'd do best in a home that does not have large open staircases. Because of the close bond she shares with her siblings, Peeper would do best being adopted with one of her littermates. They bring each other comfort, confidence, and endless entertainment. Ideal companions include Thistle, Poppy, Cosmos, Firefly, Dahlia, Ozzy, or Grasshopper—she’d be thrilled to bring one of them along on her next adventure! Despite her wobble, Peeper lives life with joy and confidence. She doesn’t know she’s different—and honestly, it doesn’t slow her down one bit. This unique/special kitten will bring warmth, laughter, and a whole lot of heart to the lucky home that welcomes her.
If you have any questions or would like to adopt Peeper, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
