My story

Hi! My name is Perrin and I am from Arkansas. Prepare to fall in love with Perrin, a truly wonderful pup who's just one-year young and ready for his forever home! He is truly a puppy in every way, and needs to have consistent supervision to monitor his constant exploration of everything in reach. He's also learning that all four paws stay on the floor, and a gentle reminder is all it takes. He is housebroken, but his foster family brings him outside every hour for good measure. Perrin is a quiet, loving, and deeply peaceful companion ready to curl up and become your best friend. Perrin is a unique dog in that he doesn't seem to bark, even when the doorbell rings. With that in mind, he may be a good fit for an environment where barking would not be appropriate. However, if you leave him home in a kennel, he may cry a bit until he falls asleep. His foster family avoids that problem by giving him a toy with treats or peanut butter in it. Perrin has beautiful light-brown eyes. He must have been named after Perrin Aybara from the Wheel of Time, who also has light-brown eyes. However, Perrin does not know his name, so his adoptive parents could rename him if they would like to. He loves to play with other dogs and doesn't need to be the alpha dog. He would do great in obedience training because he truly wants to please. He is great size for a family dog...he is big enough to play with the bigger kids, but not so large as to knock over the little ones. Perrin is a true companion who loves to be right by your side, whether it's cuddling up in bed or simply resting at your feet. It is easy to see that he truly appreciates being in a home and part of a family.
