Meet Jett – Your Loyal Shadow and Affectionate Companion Jett is a stunning 5-year-old Czech Shepherd with a sleek jet-black coat and an equally striking personality. Weighing just under 90 pounds, Jett is the perfect mix of strength, warmth, and heart. This sweet boy is a social butterfly who thrives on attention and affection—if you’re looking for a loyal shadow who’ll always be nearby, Jett is your guy. Jett gets along wonderfully with other dogs and enjoys canine companionship. He’s house trained and easily uses a doggy door, making him an easy addition to a well-established routine. True to his breed, Jett is smart, intuitive, and eager to please. He loves spending time outdoors and is happiest when he’s near the water—splashing, wading, or just cooling off on a warm Texas day. He does have a strong prey drive and will chase cats, so a feline-free home is a must for Jett. Jett would make an excellent agility or working dog. His intelligence, focus, and athletic build make him a great candidate for a home that can provide structure, purpose, and activity. Whether it’s agility, obedience work, or a job to do around the property, Jett is eager for engagement and thrives when given a task. Although he’s a confident and affectionate pup in familiar surroundings, car rides make Jett uneasy. For this reason, he is available for adoption only within Texas, where travel distances can be kept short and manageable for him.
