My story

Violet is, quite simply, one of a kind! This sweet, goofy girl has charmed her foster family with her personality and love for adventure. After months of gentle socializing, Violet has blossomed, though she still has a sweet, timid side that makes her all the more endearing. She’s happiest exploring new places, going for car rides, and tagging along on trips, where she adjusts like a pro. Violet is also crate trained and incredibly well-mannered. Whether she’s hanging in her crate all day or free roaming around the house, she’s respectful, calm, and doesn’t get into mischief. In fact, her foster family says that out of all their seven pit mixes, Violet is the most well-behaved and easiest of the bunch! She’s a selective socialite when it comes to other dogs—Violet likes her space and prefers dogs who understand her need for personal boundaries. No cats for this girl, and while we’re testing her around kids this weekend, she would thrive in a calm, patient home that appreciates her quirky, gentle nature. If you’re looking for a loyal, fun-loving, and easygoing companion, Violet might just be your perfect match. She’s ready for a family who will love her as much as her foster family does and keep her life full of the adventures she loves.
