My story

Say hello to this diva named Queen! This sweetie came to us as an owner surrender due to moving and having breed restrictions at their new place. Queen has lived with small dogs and cats, we are unsure how Queen interacted with the cats but the previous owner did say she played well with the other small dog(s) in the home! She has also lived and done well with the 8 year old child in the home. Queen does have allergies and has been on medication for them in the past so she will need to follow up with a vet after adoption. Queen is crate trained and does well in her crate! She is not known to know any commands, her previous owner did say to not reach over her head and we like to respect dogs` and their boundaries but we have not had any issues when it comes to leashing or unleashing or petting this sweetheart. We would prefer her new adopter do some research on Shar Pei`s and Shar Pei mixes or have experience with them, as well as make sure there are no Shar Pei restrictions at their home/apartment.Adoptions are free and include support from our adoption team to ensure a smooth transition from the shelter to your home.
