Shes great with other dogs and adores the kids in her pack. Fetch is her favorite pastime, but shes just as happy relaxing quietly nearby. Pelican is protective of her family and wary of strangers shell bark when someone new enters her space and does best crated during visits. Shes all bark and no bite, though, and usually backs off when challenged. Once she trusts you, shes incredibly loyal and eager to please. Shes up to date on all vaccinations, does well with professional grooming and boarding, and is a wonderful walking buddy (though shes not a fan of car rides). Shes not suited for homes with cats or small animals. Pelican is looking for a patient, loving home that understands her big feelings and bigger heart.
