My story

Meet Clifford — not *quite* the Big Red Dog, but absolutely the Big Goofball Sweetheart you’ve been waiting for. Born in January 2025, this gentle giant is equal parts cuddle bug, splash enthusiast, and road-trip sidekick. Clifford may start out a little shy, but give him a minute and you’ll discover a dog who loves belly rubs, head scratches, and any excuse to lean against you like your oversized shadow. He’s got that classic “big dog in a small dog brain” energy — convinced he fits perfectly in your lap, even if physics disagrees. When he’s not soaking up affection, Clifford’s living his best life: he’s a total pro at car rides (shotgun or backseat, he’s happy either way), loves to romp and splash in the water like a kid at summer camp, and is wonderfully respectful with cats. Basically, he’s a sweetheart with a silly streak. Clifford has the softest, most soulful eyes — the kind that make you feel like he understands every word you say. He thrives in a home where kindness and patience rule the day, and he’ll reward you by becoming the most loyal, goofy, heart-melting companion you could ask for.
