My story

About Ginger:Ginger is a high-energy, brainy girl with a heart full of love and a serious zest for life. She’s sweet, social, and adores her people — a total family dog if you can match her energy. She’s playful, affectionate, and always game for a walk or adventure. She’s also incredibly smart, so if you`re into training or enrichment games, you’ll have a blast with her.Ideal Home:An active home where she can burn off energy physically and mentally. A fenced yard would be a huge plus. Ginger is dog-selective, so she’d do best solo. She’d love a family that wants to involve her in daily life and keeps her mind engaged.Training and Skills:Ginger walks well on leash and is eager to learn. She’s incredibly intelligent and will thrive with structure, positive reinforcement training, and tasks to keep her brain busy. Food puzzles? Nose work? Agility? She’s here for it.Favourites:- Playtime- Long walks-Training and mental stimulation- People of all agesDislikes:- Not every dog is her cup of tea — she’s dog-selective- Sitting still (unless you’ve properly worn her out!)

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Ginger, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
