My story

Nelson promises to be your best friend from day one. He is the epitome of the stereotype, a man’s best friend. He is brave, even when faced with scary shots from the vet. He loves to play, and everything he does is to make you happy. He plays well with other dogs but prefers to play with humans. He has begun crate and potty training and has caught on really well so far. While not sure of his lineage we believe he looks to have some dachshund and chihuahua. All Dallas Dog adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon finalizing adoption. Puppies adopted under the age of five months require a spay/neuter contract, and all dogs are required to be spayed by six months unless otherwise medically noted. Our dogs are currently on heartworm preventative. Puppies receive 3 to 4 rounds of vaccinations depending on their age, and adults receive two rounds unless they've been with us longer than a year, in which case they receive the booster update.
