My story

Bethany is a gorgeous Merle Great Dane with a soft heart and a strong spirit. She came to us from a stressful situation, but despite her past, she’s holding on to hope and learning what it means to be safe and loved. Bethany thrives with big dog companions and does well in a home with dogs who can gently hold their own—especially around mealtime. She’s been known to try to sneak food from more submissive dogs, so a structured feeding routine and a watchful eye will help set everyone up for success. While Bethany is sweet and deeply devoted to her people, she would do best in a home without toddlers. Fast movements and unpredictable energy can make her nervous. What she truly wants is calm, loving companionship—a family who will give her the reassurance and affection she’s been craving. This lovely girl has so much love to give. She’s ready for a fresh start with people who will see her for the beautiful soul she is. If you have a little extra love and patience to offer, Bethany will be right by your side, forever grateful.
