My story

GREYLING (aka "Pistol") is a male, short haired grey tabby young adult with a charming cream goatee. He is a playful boy - his favorite toys are furry pom poms, which he likes to carry around in his mouth. Greyling gets along well with other cats, and loves affection and playtime with his humans, purring loudly when he gets attention. He enjoys the occasional belly scratch and is very fond of mealtime. Greyling was rescued in Pleasant Hill as a kitten and brought to our rescue. He developed FIP (feline infectious peritonitis), and was successfully treated...he is completely free of the disease now! He is looking for a forever home which will offer this energetic, playful cat the love and affection he deserves. GREYLING has been altered, vaccinated, microchipped, and is negative for FeLV and FIV. His adoption fee includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners. To meet Greyling in foster care, submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at PetSmart. A volunteer will contact you within 3-5 business days for a possible meet and greet. The $155 adoption fee allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community.
