My story

Meet Mittens! This 7-month-old, 7.8-pound polydactyl cutie is full of charm, energy, and extra toes! With his soft grey and white coat and playful spirit, Mittens is equal parts snuggle bug and feather-chasing athlete. Mittens is a super affectionate boy who loves to cuddle—whether that’s curling up on your chest for a nap, climbing onto your shoulders, or even joining you in the bathroom (yes, he’ll happily settle into your pants while you're on the toilet!). He purrs loudly when being pet, adores chin and head scratches, and rubs up against your hand to ask for more. This curious little guy is also incredibly playful and especially loves plastic springs, feather wand toys, and zooming around the house with his bonded brother, Styles. He’s the kind of cat who chirps with excitement when you get home or when it’s dinner time, and he loves dragging toys around for Styles to chase. He’s great with other cats—often wrestling, grooming, and snuggling with them—and he handles nail trims like a pro, even with all those extra toes! Mittens is fully litter box trained (though he prefers a high-sided box for his enthusiastic digging) and would thrive in a home that can give him plenty of playtime, companionship, and cuddles.
