My story

Meet TAHOE, a lovable hunk who knows how to turn on the charm. TAHOE was picked up by animal control as a stray and wasn't reclaimed. He must have been on his own for a little bit as his ears showed evidence of fly strike. Those bites are healing and the hair should grow back in. We can tell by his calm, easy going personality that he did have a family at some point. Walking TAHOE on a leash is a breeze. He stays by your side; if you stop, he will look up to you as if to say what's next? TAHOE loves bones and will occupy himself for hours. He even likes to parade around carrying his bone. TAHOE has the cutest way of talking to you, not really a whine, but more like ra ra ra. When he gets excited, he dances and snorts! He enjoys the company of other dogs and a doggie companion in the home would be ideal. TAHOE says he's so ready to leave the hot south and head up north to meet his new family.
