My story

Hello, my name is Gumbo and I'm told I'm one of the most handsome canines around. My foster says I am is easy to train and I so want to please so if you stay consistent, I am very quick to catch on. I'm working hard to master basic manners and commands. I am a medium high energy guy which makes me a perfect companion for walks, runs, and hikes. I am always excited to tag along on an adventure. I'm almost instantly loyal and will always keeps a look out for you. I do extremely well with all dogs but I can’t quite resist chasing the cat so no feline friends for me. I am fully housebroken and kennel trained and if I've had a little exercise time I am super easy going and am more than happy to join you on the sofa for a cuddle session. I am a very sweet boy who will melt into you as soon as you give me some attention.Dogs are not placed on a first-come, first-serve basis. We strive to find the perfect home for each animal. Applications may take up to 48 hours to process. All CAWS animals are fixed, microchipped, and vaccinated. His adoption fee is $200.
