My story

Meet Tank, a one and a half year old Pit mix weighing around 45 pounds. Tank may sound tough, but he’s really just a big sweetheart! This friendly guy is treat motivated and already knows the command “sit,” which makes him a fun and easy partner for continued training. He can be a little unsure at times and just needs a bit of reassurance to help him feel confident—but his eagerness to connect shines through.Tank is looking for a loving home where he can continue to grow, get lots of pets (and treats!), and be the loyal companion he’s meant to be. Come meet Tank—he’s ready to win your heart!This pet is available for adoption on 6/15/2025 at 2:43 PM at the Yakima Humane Society adoption center.
