My story

COCO PUFF Female DOB 1/31/25 Breed: Great Pyrenees, Border Collie Unaltered Potty training in progress Coco Puff, along with her two sisters, was found roaming the countryside in Iowa. Your guess for breed is as good as ours, but we have good feeling that these pups will grow up to be BIG. When they first arrived to NALA Rescue, these puppies were terrified of people. They would hide under the deck and wanted nothing to do with humans. That has changed QUITE a bit during their time in rescue. Coco Puff has a charming personality to match her endearing looks. She gets along well with people of all ages, dogs, and cats. While she loves spending time with others, she has an independent demeanor. Since coming into rescue, Coco Puff has discovered the joys in all sorts of activities - playing in doggy swimming pools, going on leash walks, visiting friends, chewing on squeaky toys, and doing food puzzles. When she’s not playing, Coco Puff is strongly passionate about relaxing, especially when a couch is involved. She’s content getting belly rubs, napping, and people watching. Coco Puff learns quickly. She already knows “sit”, and is mastering potty training and leash walking. She’s a mild mannered puppy and adapts well to new environments. As with any puppy, she will continue to excel with consistency and positive reinforcement training. Potential adopters should expect to have patience with typical puppy behaviors - occasional accidents, stealing items off the floor, digging. Puppies adopted from NALA Rescue receive a wide range of veterinary care. Pebbles is up to date on vaccines (including DAP, Rabies, Lepto, and Bordetella), has been dewormed with confirmation via fecal test, is free of fleas / ticks, and will be spayed through our veterinary network when age appropriate. The Adoption Fee (Tax Deductible Donation) is $500. If you are interested please fill out an application at www.nalarescue.org. Please note a Vet Check and Home Inspection are part of the application process. NALA Rescue is a home-based foster rescue and does not have a facility. If interested in meeting a dog, please apply at www.nalarescue.org. All dog meets are scheduled by appointment in advance only, if approved. All shots, boosters, rabies, spay/neuter, and microchip are included in NALA Rescues Adoption Donation charges. All dogs/puppies are available until they are removed from this site so please no inquires if a dog is available.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Coco Puff, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
