My story
Meet Gandalf! Gandalf & another dog were seen dumped out of a car. Luckily the witness was able to corral the dogs and get them into his car.We are guessing Gandalf is at least ten years old. He seems to be almost completely blind, his fur is matted and full of thorns, and he is in desperate need of a dental appointment.Gandalf is a very easy-going boy, content to lay around most of the day and always ready to be pet and loved on.Gandalf is seeking a foster or foster-to-adopt home. He is currently with a volunteer in southern Ohio. We would like to get him moved to Columbus so he can be groomed and seen by a vet.Apply to become a foster at ricopetrecovery.org
