My story

(DOB 04/17/2025).  Due to Major’s young age, he has not yet been neutered.  For this reason, we are only considering local placement (within 1 hour drive time of Wake Forest NC).   Meet Major, the lively little guy who's ready to bring boundless energy and joy into your life! This adorable young pup is all about fun—he loves racing around with other puppies, curling up for cuddles with his favorite squeaky toys, and earning tasty treats (who doesn’t love those?). Major is an eager learner, excited to discover how to be the best pup he can be, and he's ready to soak up all the love and guidance you can give. He’s searching for a family who can help him master the essentials like house training, crate training, and leash walking. Bonus points if you already have a friendly canine companion to be his new buddy or if you're open to taking him to puppy socialization classes—Major is a social butterfly who loves making new friends! A work-from-home setup or a job that allows you to bring him along would be ideal, especially during those early days of housebreaking. While he doesn’t need a fenced yard, having one would be pawsitively perfect for zoomies and playtime. Major is irresistibly cute and affectionate, and he loves everyone he meets—just a heads-up, he might get a little overexcited and nip a bit as he learns his manners, so older kids who understand puppy antics would be a great fit. If you're ready to open your heart and home to a spirited, lovable young pup eager to learn and grow, Major can’t wait to meet you! As part of Major’s $325 adoption fee, he will be neutered, microchipped, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, and current on his monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. In addition to the adoption fee, a $100 spay/neuter deposit and puppy spay/neuter agreement will also be required. The deposit will be returned once the puppy is altered.  If you have questions about this sweet little boy, you can email  Dogteam@pawsforlifenc.org.  If you wish to adopt Major, you can fill in an online application for him under the Adopt a Pet Tab on our website:  www.pawsforlifenc.org. ##2426491##

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Major, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
