My story

  Meet Lyric — Sweet & Ready for Love Lyric is a gentle, German Shepherd mix with a heart of gold and a growing love for the good life. Once shy and uncertain, Lyric has blossomed in foster care and is now showing everyone just how affectionate, playful, and loyal she can be. She adores car rides, enjoys daily walks, and has discovered a love for dipping her paws in the doggie pool on warm days. Around other dogs, she thrives — playing joyfully with her foster pack and learning quickly from her confident canine friends. Lyric is also gentle with children, and once she trusts you, she’ll happily come over for pets, tail wags, and affection. Whether she’s playing, following you around the house, or snuggling into her cozy crate, Lyric is a calm and sweet companion. This girl would do best in a home with another friendly dog and patient humans who can help her continue to build trust at her own pace.
