Luna

My story

A28584 Luna is a black colored, approximately 3-year-old, 6-pound, spayed female, Domestic Medium-Haired Cat. She entered the shelter as a stray on 06-12-2025 and has not been reclaimed by her unknown owner. Luna is a friendly, but timid and shy girl here in the shelter. She is still processing this shelter environment and why she is here. She also recently weaned off a litter of kittens. So, she is processing a lot right now. She stays in the back of her kennel watching the world. She would do best in a nice quiet home with love and time to decompress from all the changes. Our staff describes her as a sweet girl who will lean into your affection once she trusts you. Saying she loves attention and affection. In the playroom she was off looking for a safe cubby to watch the room from. She would probably be best in a home with no small children as their noise and quick movements might scare her. Luna will be a loyal, loving companion in her new forever home.
