My story

Meet Chance! Chance is approximately 8 years old, 8 lbs currently and he likely has some Chihuahua in his mix! In his foster home, he is working hard on his house-training, crate training, and leash walking. He could go to a home with kids 10+ and other calm, older dogs. He has not been exposed to cats.His foster says, `Chance was a little bashful until he explores his available space and sees where the water and food are located. He got along with 5 other chi’s and poodle and shitzu. He loves to be held, lay on his back and rub his tummy till he falls asleep by you. He goes under the covers in bed and lays between your legs. He loves a squeaky toy. He bonds within a few days. He doesn’t know the leash well and did better with a harness rather than a collar. He will cry if he is not near his people but stops as soon as you are gone. He eats and drinks well. He lays on the arm of the couch and watches outside or by the door or window. Whoever gets Chance will have a great little loving little boy dog that he will shower you with enduring love tenfold and more. He listens very well and knows his name. If I was younger I would have adopted him into our home. He is wonderful.`He is available for adoption in N Dartmouth on 6/27.
