My story

Hello, I’m Minnewashta! Just like they say that life is better at the lake, life is better with me too! I’m a perfect mix of playful and affectionate, what a perfect combination! I’m originally from Alabama, but I made it here just in time for a Minnesota summer! I can’t wait to find my forever home and go on new adventures with a family of my own. I know that I could bring so much joy and happiness to any family, I hope I meet mine soon!--------------------------------------------All our Warrior Dogs will have all age appropriate medical care and vaccines, a microchip, and spayed/neutered if the dog is over 6 months of age at the time of adoption. Please note that the majority of our dogs in rescue are from shelters where they have been found as strays or abandoned. Their breed description is based on our very best educated guess based on physical characteristics and their dispositions.
