She’s currently on medication for an eye issue and will be ready for adoption once she’s all healed up. Apply at the Google Forms Link above to be considered. She has no adoption fee, but you will be required to bring her back for her remaining vaccines for 50% off. You will also need to bring her back for her free spay and microchip. Adopters must live within 30 minutes of the Boulevard Vet Clinic.*To make the best possible match for you and the pet, please follow the link below to complete the Adoption Application.
