His little legs carry him with surprising speed, especially if you crinkle a treat bag or say the word “walk.” But his favorite place? Curled up next to someone who loves him. Rescued from a tough start, Waffles has already proven he's a survivor. Now, nestled safely in a foster home, he’s waiting — not just for a home, but for his human.
