My story

An approved adoption application is required to meet me in my foster home -- fill out an application today! Our mailing address is Reston, VA and our cats fostered in NoVA and DC homes.  Washington, D.C.- Suburban Virginia/Maryland Area inquiries only, please! With her stunning black-and-white coat and soulful green eyes, Lyra is as elegant as she is sweet. She’s a gentle, calm soul—she shows you her affection through big purrs and head butts. Lyra really enjoys scratches at the base of her tail, and cozy naps in sunbeams. Whether she’s curled up in a cozy corner or blinking slowly at you from across the room with her movie-star eyes, she’s a quiet reminder of how comforting a cat’s love can be. Lyra has a movie-star eyes. if you also enjoy playing with your kitty, Lyra loves wand toys - and if you have an empty box for her you get bonus points!! She would do wonderfully as an only cat and maybe with another laid-back cat or dog in the home.
